Let's get to know each other

I am a marriage and family counselor, couples therapist, and clinical sexologist. My role is to support you with compassion to understand your needs and expectations and to help you overcome the difficulties you are experiencing, whether individually, as a couple, or within a mixed-race family.

I use the term " mosaic family " in preference to "blended family" because, in my opinion, it better reflects the richness and complexity of these family configurations, made up of different pieces that come together to form something new.

A path dedicated to human support
I have always known that I wanted a career that would allow me to support others in their well-being. After 10 years of experience as a sports coach, where I supported people in their physical well-being, I decided to specialize in the psycho-affective field.

I trained in marriage and family counseling to focus my support on emotional and relational well-being. After four years of working with couples, families, and individuals, I furthered my expertise with an Inter-University Diploma in Clinical Sexology and Sex Therapy – specializing in Sexual Health – to integrate the sexological aspect into my consultations. I also obtained certification in Positive Couple Therapy (PCT) , enabling me to guide couples toward a more harmonious relationship.

I also supplemented my training with a University Diploma (DU) in Addictions , focusing on the analysis and support of behavioral addictions (screens, sexuality, relationships, gaming). This work is based on an understanding of the mechanisms of addiction, emotional regulation, and associated relational dynamics.

My approach is centered on your well-being
My goal is to offer personalized, respectful, and non-judgmental support. I make every effort to meet your specific needs, whether you are alone, in a couple, or with your family.

For more than 6 years, I have also been working in schools, colleges and high schools, as well as in specialized establishments for people with disabilities, where I deal with themes relating to emotional, relational and sexual life.

Tailored support since 2017
Since 2017, I have supported numerous couples, individuals, and families, offering tailored solutions and personalized follow-up to resolve their relationship and sexual difficulties and improve their overall well-being. I offer consultations in Puteaux and Rueil-Malmaison (92), as well as via videoconference for greater flexibility.

Addictions

This University Diploma in Addictions allowed me to deepen my understanding of the mechanisms of addiction, whether it be behavioral addictions to screens, sexuality, relationships or gambling, by linking them with the dynamics of emotional regulation and the relational issues that are often associated with them.

I developed a clinical approach focused on analyzing repetitive behaviors, understanding addiction processes, and supporting individuals in regaining a peaceful relationship with themselves and their relationships.
