The Workshops

Experience parenthood differently

The Workshops

A fun experience to enjoy with the family!

Parents aren't born; they become them! Each of us can feel helpless when it comes to parenting. We may need tools or guidance to address certain issues related to our role as parents.

Society is evolving, as are social codes, and children no longer have the same "psychological" structure as their elders. This can lead to misunderstandings and difficulties in education and relationships.

Many parents often feel helpless when it comes to raising their children. They can feel alone, whether they are a couple or a single parent.

Workshops are a therapeutic approach in their own right that has proven effective. They differ from therapy because their goal is to share an activity and have a good time.

Various themes can be addressed using this method, such as:

  • Managing emotions

  • Crisis management

  • How to communicate with your children

  • Manage networks

  • Set limits

  • Academic failure

  • Etc.

It’s an opportunity to enjoy a pleasant sharing experience in a safe and reassuring setting.

How does a workshop take place?

The objective of a workshop is to provide a space that allows for effective communication and (re)creation of a bond between parents and their children.

It brings together several people around a subject related to parenting.

During these workshops, everyone will experiment with tools to improve their own parenting skills.

It's an opportunity to experience exchanges in a different way with your children and thus (re)create a bond by sharing a common activity and a good time!

At the end of a workshop, you leave with a tool you've experimented with during the session. Workshops are also a time when we discover our children's skills, and they, too, discover yours as parents.

Thus, this sharing will be beneficial for each participant.

Workshops are often organized far from home, in centers where parents must be members, or where children must be registered.

Additionally, the hours may not fit with the busy schedules of parents (whether they work outside the home or at home, or are working to raise children).

The advantage of my workshops? You don't have to travel! Audrey's Consultations come to your home. All you need to do is form a group.

A workshop lasting 1.5 hours. Prices are subject to change based on the number of participants and the equipment required.
