My role is to support you with kindness to understand your needs, your expectations and help you overcome the difficulties you encounter, whether as a couple, as a family or individually.
A course dedicated to human support
I've always known I wanted to pursue a career that would allow me to support others in their well-being. After 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, where I supported people in their physical well-being, I decided to specialize in the psycho-affective field.
I have completed training in marital and family counseling to focus my support on emotional and relational well-being. After 4 years of practice with couples, families and individuals, I deepened my skills with an Inter-University Diploma in Clinical Sexology and Sex Therapy - Sexual Health Mention , in order to integrate the sexological aspect into my consultations. I also obtained a certification in Positive Marital Therapy (PCT) , allowing me to support couples towards a more harmonious relationship.
My approach focused on your well-being
My goal is to provide personalized, respectful, and non-judgmental support. I strive to meet your specific needs, whether you are working alone, as a couple, or with your family.
For over 6 years, I have also been working in schools, middle schools and high schools, as well as in specialized establishments for people with disabilities, where I deal with themes relating to emotional, relational and sexual life.
Tailor-made support since 2017
